After graduating from a psychology degree in 1999, I started my counselling job by supporting youth and their families. Additionally, I hold an academic master’s degree in psychology. And support individuals, couples and families in my private practice. So ideally my experience and expertise will enable me to identify ways to support you.

 As a Registered Accredited Psychotherapist, I bring years of combined experience in the professional and academic worlds. This diverse background has given me a deep understanding of life’s challenges. My areas of specialisation include working with youth, adults, older adults, couples and families navigating well-being, recovery, and empowerment.

I understand the importance of finding the right therapist may be a decision that can often feel overwhelming. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can feel at ease sharing their concerns. To be able to clarify your feelings you need to feel comfortable, and I want you to feel safe with me.  An experienced, compassionate, and collaborative environment committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover a path to personal growth. In addition to my experience, I hold a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in psychology.  After completing my bachelor’s degree, I began working as a school counsellor. This 15-year experience included providing individual sessions for youth and their families. After completing my master's degree, I started private practice to support youth, adults, couples, and family. As a qualified Psychotherapist, CBT Practitioner, and Holistic Psychotherapist, I provide confidential, personal, and non-judgmental atmosphere. Before my clinical studies, I gained valuable experience in supporting others. This background gives me a diverse perspective, enabling me to support individuals and their families through career changes and various life transitions. Besides, I offer professional training and supervision, too, and I have conducted research in psychology to advance best practices in this field.
