I began my professional journey after completing a psychology degree in 1999, working in counselling roles supporting young people and their families. I also hold an academic Master’s degree in Psychology and bring many years of clinical and academic experience to my private practice. I support individuals, couples, and families, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and life experiences.


 As a Registered Accredited Psychotherapist, I work with individuals navigating emotional challenges, recovery, personal growth, and empowerment.
